益气养阴法与针灸联合治疗急性期慢性支气管炎的效果研究

The effect of Yiqi Yangyin Method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨益气养阴法联合针灸治疗急性期慢性支气管炎的效果。方法:2016年4月-2019年4月收治急性期慢性支气管炎患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上应用益气养阴法联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞百分率(N%)与白细胞总数(WBC)等指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴法联合针灸治疗急性期慢性支气管炎,效果确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute chronic bronchitis.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2019,94 patients with acute chronic bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Method combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,after treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),neutrophil percentage(N%)and total leukocyte count(WBC)were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yiqi Yangyin Method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute chronic bronchitis is definite.
