舒秘胶囊联合中药外敷治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Shumi capsule combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on functional constipation in the elderly

目的:探究舒秘胶囊联合中药外敷神阙穴对老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年4月收治老年功能性便秘患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予舒秘胶囊;研究组给予舒秘胶囊和中药外敷。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒秘胶囊联合中药外敷可以有效缓解患者大便干结的症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shumi capsule combined with external application of Shenque point of traditional Chinese medicine on functional constipation in the elderly.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2019,100 elderly patients with functional constipation were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Shumi capsule.The study group was given Shumi capsule and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shumi capsule combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dry stool.
