螺旋CT、能谱CT在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值对比分析

Comparative analysis of the value of spiral CT and energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer

目的:比较螺旋CT、能谱CT在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值。方法:2018年12月-2019年5月收治原发性肝癌患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用螺旋CT诊断方式;研究组提供能谱CT诊断方式。比较两组诊断效果。结果:研究组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:能谱CT诊断能为原发性肝癌患者起到极为显著的诊断效果。

Objective:To compare the value of spiral CT and energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Methods:From December 2018 to May 2019,96 patients with primary liver cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group used Spiral CT diagnosis.The study group used energy spectrum CT diagnosis.We compared the diagnosis effect between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Energy spectrum CT can play a very significant role in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
