子宫内膜癌患者行全子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术围手术期的规范化护理研究

Study on the perioperativestandardized nursing for patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection

目的:研究宫内膜癌患者行全子宫切除术和盆腔淋巴结清扫术的围手术期规范化护理方法。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治子宫内膜癌患者100例,观察采用规范化护理后的手术情况以及术后恢复情况。结果:所有患者手术效果较好,手术并发症较少,恢复情况良好。结论:对子宫内膜癌患者采取围手术期规范化护理,可以有效提高治疗效果。

Objective:To study the perioperative standardized nursing methods for patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,100 cases of endometrial carcinoma patients were selected and the surgical situation and postoperative recovery after standardized nursing were observed.Results:All patients had better operation effect,less complications and good recovery.Conclusion:Perioperative standardized nursing for endometrial carcinoma patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
