细节化护理管理干预在神经外科护理中的应用

Application of detailed nursing management intervention in neurosurgical nursing

目的:探讨细节化护理管理干预对神经外科患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月神经外科患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上给予细节化护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节化护理管理干预应用于神经外科临床护理中,能够有效预防压疮、感染、坠床等不良事件发生,提高护理效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of detailed nursing management intervention on patients of neurosurgery.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,84 neurosurgical patients were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given detailed nursing management on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing management intervention in application of clinical nursing of neurosurgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events such as pressure sores,infection and falling bed and improve the nursing effect.
