摘要
目的:分析综合护理应用于术后早期肠内营养支持治疗食管癌患者的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月食管癌术后行早期肠内营养支持治疗患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组应用基础护理;观察组应用基础护理+综合护理。比较两组营养指标水平。结果:观察组前白蛋白、血红蛋白及白蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用于术后早期肠内营养支持治疗的食管癌患者,疗效显著,可改善患者营养状况。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for early enteral nutrition support after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,50 patients with early enteral nutrition support after esophageal cancer surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing.The observation group received basic nursing+comprehensive nursing.The nutritional indicators in the two groups was compared.Results:The prealbumin,hemoglobin and albumin levels in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is applied to patients with esophageal cancer with early enteral nutritional support after surgery,which has a significant effect and can improve the nutritional status of patients.
