舒适护理在非全麻手术室护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in non general anesthesia operating room

目的:比较传统护理与手术室舒适护理对非全身麻醉患者的心理状态及舒适度的影响。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治非全身麻醉手术患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组实施手术室传统护理;观察组实施手术室舒适护理。比较两组SAS评分、SDS评分、舒适度。结果:观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,观察组舒适度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室舒适护理可显著减轻非全身麻醉患者焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪,调整患者心理状态,提高舒适度。

Objective:To compare the effect of traditional nursing and comfortable nursing in operating room on the psychological state and comfort of patients with non general anesthesia.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,88 patients undergoing non general anesthesia surgery were selectd,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care in the operating roomn.The observation group received comfortable nursing care in the operating room.The SAS score,SDS score and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the comfort of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing in the operating room can significantly reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with non-general anesthesia,adjust the patient's psychological state,and improve comfort.
