摘要
目的:分析宫颈癌患者护理中应用全程优质护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月宫颈癌化疗患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。参照组应用常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上应用全程优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组干预后癌因性疲乏评分及生存质量评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者护理中应用全程优质护理效果显著,可显著缓解患者癌因性疲乏状况,提高生存质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of whole course high quality nursing in the nursing of cervical cancer patients.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,50 chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The reference group was given routine care.The study group was given the whole process of high-quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after intervention,the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of whole course high quality nursing in the nursing of cervical cancer patients is significant,it can significantly alleviate cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life.
