小儿癫痫临床护理中综合护理模式的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing model in clinical nursing of children with epilepsy

目的:分析综合护理模式在小儿癫痫临床护理中的护理效果。方法:2013年3月-2019年4月收治小儿癫痫患儿76例,随机分为两组,各38例。常规护理组行常规护理干预;综合护理组在常规护理基础上行综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果:综合护理组护理总有效率及护理满意度均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予小儿癫痫患儿行综合护理模式,可显著提高治疗效果给护理满意度,疗效明确。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in the clinical nursing of children with epilepsy.Methods:From March 2013 to April 2019,76 children with epilepsy were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The routine nursing group received routine nursing intervention.The comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The total effective nursing rate and satisfaction degree of the comprehensive nursing group were higher than that of routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing model for children with epilepsy can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing and the curative effect is clear.
