摘要
置入可转换型下腔静脉滤器(CF)是预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者发生肺动脉栓塞(PE)的有效措施之一。尽管CF已广泛应用于临床,但在使用过程中的适应证、转换指证、并发症的处理等尚无明确的指南或专家共识。本文就CF的应用现状、产品特性、适应证、滤器转换、并发症及处理作一综述,旨在为临床医生使用CF提供参考。
The placement of a convertible inferior vena cava filter(CF)is one of the effective measures to prevent pulmonary embolism(PE)in patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of the lower extremities.Although CF has been widely used in clinics,there are no clear guidelines or expert consensus on the indications,conversion indications,and management of complications during use.This article reviews the application status,product characteristics,indications,filter conversion,complications and treatment of CF,and aims to provide a reference for clinicians to use CF.
