我国烧伤康复的治疗现状

Current Status of Treatment of Burn Rehabilitation in my Country

烧伤为临床常见病,治疗难度较大,愈合创面会出现色素沉着,影响患者外观。严重烧伤患者还会出现关节挛缩畸形和创面瘢痕增生,并遗留功能障碍,使患者遭受身心双重折磨,生活质量严重下降,因此,烧伤康复治疗尤为重要。本文就烧伤流行病学、国内外烧伤康复治疗、康复方式进行综述,以期烧伤临床治疗和康复提供理论基础。

Burns are common clinical diseases,which are difficult to treat.Pigmentation will appear on the healing wound,which affects the appearance of the patient.Patients with severe burns will also have joint contracture deformity and wound scar hyperplasia,and residual functional dysfunction,causing patients to suffer from physical and mental torture,and the quality of life is seriously reduced.Therefore,burn rehabilitation is particularly important.This article reviews the epidemiology of burns,rehabilitation treatment of burns at home and abroad,and rehabilitation methods,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and rehabilitation of burns.
