补气健脾益肾降低胃癌术后化疗毒副反应提高患者细胞免疫水平及生活质量的临床研究

Clinical study on invigorating the spleen and kidney reducing the side effects of chemotherapy after gastric cancer and improving the cellular immunity and quality of life with patients

目的:研究在胃癌术后化疗中,积极给予中医补气健脾益肾疗法,对毒副反应、免疫指标水平、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月5日—2019年9月5日我科收入且根治术后予以化疗的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象,按不同疗法分为两组,对照组(50例,常规化疗治疗)与试验组(50例,化疗与中医补气健脾益肾疗法),对比两组疗效。结果:①治疗后试验组的免疫指标水平均较对照组高,P<0.05;②治疗后试验组的KPS评分较对照组高,P<0.05;③对照组III、IV级肝功能异常与骨髓抑制所占比例均较试验组高,P<0.05。结论:胃癌术后化疗积极配合中医补气健脾益肾疗法,价值颇高、建议推广。

Objective:To study the effect of invigorating the spleen and kidney reducing the side effects of chemotherapy after gastric cancer and improving the cellular immunity and quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our department and treated with chemotherapy after radical operation were included(study time:September 5th,2018-September 5th,2019).They were divided into 2 groups according to different therapies,control Group(50 cases,conventional chemotherapy treatment)and experimental group(50 cases,chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine qi and spleen and kidney therapy),then compared the efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:①The immune index level of the test group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,P<0.05;②The KPS score of the test group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,P<0.05;③III and IV of the control group The proportions of abnormal liver dysfunction and bone marrow suppression were higher than those in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The postoperative chemotherapy of gastric cancer patients actively cooperated with TCM for nourishing qi and strengthening spleen and kidney,which has high value and is recommended to be promoted.
