温针灸与牵引联合西药治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Traction Combined with Western Medicine on Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

目的:对神经根型颈椎病采用温针灸与牵引治疗的效果进行观察。方法:选取2017年1月—2019年5月我院收治的60例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为采用西药治疗的对照组以及采用温针灸联合牵引治疗的观察组,各30例。将两组治疗总有效率和CASCS(临床症状评分)进行对比。结果:治疗总有效率比较,对照组为70.00%(21/30),显著低于观察组的90.00%(27/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组的CASCS评分,对照组治疗前与观察组无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后对照组显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于神经根型颈椎病,采用温针灸联合牵引治疗能提升疗效,改善症状体征。

Objective:To observe the effect of warming needle moxibustion and traction combined with western medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected from January 2017 to May 2019.According to the random number table method,30 cases were divided into the control group treated with western medicine and the observation group treated with warm acupuncture combined with traction and Western medicine,respectively.The total effective rate and CASCS(clinical symptom score)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:Compared with the observation group,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%(21/30),significantly lower than 90.00%(27/30)of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the CASCS score of the two groups,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,warming acupuncture combined with traction can improve the curative effect,improve symptoms and signs,which is suitable for clinical reference.
