实施以用药教育为核心的药学服务对癌痛治疗的影响

The effect of pharmaceutical care with drug education as the core on the treatment of cancer pain

目的:探讨临床药师实施以用药教育为核心的药学服务对癌痛治疗的作用。方法:将174例出院癌痛患者随机分为干预组(88例,接受临床药师药学教育)和对照组(86例,不接受临床药师药学教育);对两组出院后的7 d(d1~d7)、14 d(d8~d14)、21 d(d15~d21)、28 d(d22~d28)进行疼痛治疗药物费用、不良反应、用药依从性、疼痛评分等进行分析。结果:两组的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P<0.05),通过用药教育,干预组与对照组在用药费用、用药依从性和疼痛评分方面都有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床药师通过对癌痛患者实施以用药教育为核心的药学服务,对促进癌痛药物的合理使用,提升药物对癌痛控制效果以及用药依从性具有重要的意义。

Objective:To explore the role of Clinical pharmacist in the treatment of cancer pain。Method:174 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group(88 cases,receiving clinical pharmacist Pharmaceutical Education)and control group(86 cases,not receiving education);The cost,side effects,compliance and pain score of pain treatment drugs were analyzed in 7 days(d1-d7),14 days(d8-d14),21 days(d15-d21)and 28 days(d22-d28)after discharge.Result:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05),After drug education,There were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in drug cost,drug compliance and pain score(P>0.05)。Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can promote the rational use of cancer pain drugs,improve the control effect of drugs on cancer pain and the compliance of patients by carrying out pharmaceutical care with drug education as the core for cancer pain patients.
