由于山地风电地域的特殊性,使得EPC项目管理过程紧凑,环环相扣。通过对利川安家坝风电场项目管理经验总结,分别从全过程成本角度的设计优化、统筹风电采购接口与前瞻性的风险管控等方面,对山地风电项目全局性管理理念进行了有益的探索。

Due to the special characteristics of mountainous wind power projects,the management processes of EPC projects are mutually and tightly interlinked.Based on the practical experience of Lichuan Anjiaba Wind Farm,the exploration and practice of the whole process management idea in mountainous wind power projects are discussed from the aspects of the whole process cost optimization,overall planning of the wind power procurement interface and forward-looking risk management and control.
