摘要
以经过减压蒸馏的糠醛为原料,岐化法制备糠酸,运用正交实验方法探讨糠醛与氢氧化钠的物料比、氢氧化钠的百分比浓度、反应时间三因素对糠酸产率的影响。结果得到了优化工艺条件是糠醛与氢氧化钠的物料比为1∶0.8,反应时间3 h,氢氧化钠的百分比浓度为40%,产物产率为76.3%。
2-Furoic acid was synthesized by cannizzaro reaction using furfural as raw material after vacuum distillation.The factors influencing the yield of 2-Furoic Acid were discussed by the molar ratio of 2-furnaldehyde to sodium hydroxide,reaction time,and percentage concentration.The result is the molar ratio of 2-furnaldehyde to sodium hydroxide is 1∶0.8;the reaction time is 3 h;the percentage concentration is 40%;the yield of 2-furoic acid is 76.3%.
