基于专业需求的中职“电工电子技术”课程教学改革探讨

Teaching Reform of Electrical and Electronic Technology Course in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on Professional Needs

为适应中职学校技能操作型人才的培养目标,秉着“与专业相融合,以就业为导向”的职业教育理念,以专业应用为背景,突出专业特色和实践能力的培养,实施“电工电子技术”课程教学改革实践。结合专业人才培养方案和学生特点,从优化教学内容、丰富教学资源、创新教学方法、运用信息化教学手段、完善考核模式、加强产教融合等6个环节入手,对课程教学改革实践方案进行了探讨。实践证明,基于专业需求的“电工电子技术”课程教学改革在突出课程专业针对性、培养学生技能操作能力等方面已形成自己的特色。

In order to adapt to the training goal of skilled operation talents in secondary vocational schools,the author holds the concept of“integrating with the profession,taking employment as the guidance”,taking professional application as the background,highlighting the training of professional characteristics and practical ability,and implementing the teaching reform practice of electrical and electronic technology course.Combining the training program of professional talents and the characteristics of students,this paper discusses the 6 links of teaching reform from the aspects of optimizing teaching content,enriching teaching resources,innovating teaching methods,applying information-based teaching methods,perfecting examination mode and strengthening the integration of production and education.The practice proved that the teaching reform of the electrical and electronic technology course based on professional needs has formed its own characteristics in the aspects of focusing on the pertinence of the course specialty and training the ability of the students’skills.
