摘要
以两种煤气化炉渣粗渣为原料,采用热处理工艺制备中空陶粒。利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、综合热分析-红外光谱联动仪和Factsage 7.0软件研究了热处理温度对中空陶粒相组成、显微结构和发泡机理的影响。结果表明:以煤气化炉渣粗渣为原料,在750℃~900℃范围可以制得堆积密度为0.34 g/mL^0.61 g/mL的中空陶粒。两种煤气化炉渣在热处理温度下高温液相的黏度与玻璃成形的黏度范围102 Pa·s^10^6.6 Pa·s相吻合,利于发泡。中空陶粒发泡主要是由升温过程中煤气化炉渣内放出的CO2,CO和H2O气体在高温下体积膨胀所致。
Two kinds of coal gasification slags were used as raw materials to prepare ho-llow ceramsites by using the thermal treatment.The effects of the thermal treatment temperature on the phase composition,microstructure,and foaming mechanism of the hollow ceramsite were investigated by means of the X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,integrated thermal analysis-infrared spectrometry and Factsage 7.0 software.The results show that the hollow ceramsite with the bulk density of 0.34 g/mL-0.61 g/mL can be prepared by using the gasification coarse slag under the thermal temperature ranging from 750℃to 900℃.The viscosity of the two kinds of gasification slags at the high temperature liquid phase is consistent with the viscosity range for the glass forming process,i.e.,102 Pa·s-106.6 Pa·s,which is conducive to foaming.The foaming of the hollow ceramsite is mainly driven by the volumetric expansion of CO2,CO and H2O released from the gasification slag at the high temperature during the heating process.
