固定壳体熔模铸造工艺设计

Investment Casting Process Design for Intermediate Case

摘要 根据中介机匣结构特点及企业现有的生产条件,设计了中介机匣熔模铸造工艺及生产流程。结果表明,快速成形技术的应用,减少了模具投入成本,同时缩短了制造周期。应用分体制作型壳、组合浇注等措施,能降低设备限制影响且能降低工人劳动强度。采用捆绑铁丝、增加冷铁、型壳埋砂等措施,成功制备品质良好的铸件。 According to the structural characteristics of the intermediate case and the production conditions of the company,the investment casting process and production flow chart for intermediate case were designed.The production results show that rapid prototyping manufacturing can reduce the cost of mould making and shorten manufacturing cycle.Separated-shell making and integrated casting can reduce the labor intensity and the impact of device limitation.Through binding iron wire,using external chill and burying the mold shell in sand box,the intermediate case was produced successfully.
