乡村振兴战略是党中央在国家发展进入新时代所做出的重大战略决策,其为创新乡村治理和推进乡村治理现代化带来了新契机。创新乡村治理,重在实效。文章通过论述乡村振兴战略下创新乡村治理的内在逻辑,分析当前我国乡村治理面临的诸多困境,凝练出相应的政策路径,即通过重塑乡村社会资本,创新乡村治理的观念、机制与方法,不断推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化,从而助推乡村振兴战略的全面推进。

The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic decision made by the party’s central government in the new era of national development,and it has brought new opportunities for innovative rural governance and promoting the modernization of rural governance.Innovating rural governance focuses on practical results.The article discusses the inherent logic of innovative rural governance under the strategy of rural revitalization,analyzes many difficulties faced by rural governance in China,and condenses the corresponding policy path,that is,by reshaping rural social capital,innovating the concepts,mechanisms and methods of rural governance,promote the modernization of the rural governance system and governance capabilities,thereby helping to advance the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.
