摘要
实训教师是高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的骨干力量,与之相适的专业技术职务评聘序列的缺失是影响其发展的重要因素。历史背景导致的路径依赖和现行制度的效能低下,以及对实训教师地位的错误认识是主要原因。参照现有职称评聘经验,结合实训教师队伍特点,研究增设实训教师专业技术职务评审系列的可行性方案。
Training instructors are the backbone of the"double type"teachers in higher vocational colleges,and the lack of appropri⁃ate professional and technical position evaluation and employment rules is an important factor affecting their development.The main reasons are the path dependence caused by the historical background,the low efficiency of the current system,and the wrong understanding of the status of training instructor.According to the existing experience of evaluation and employment of professional titles and the characteristics of training instructors,the feasible scheme of adding professional and technical post evaluation series for training instructors is studied.
