摘要
价值观具有隐性知识的属性,参照日本管理学者野中郁次郎的SECI模型,建立当代大学生价值观建构的模式。作为隐性知识的当代大学生价值观,通过一系列非正式学习的方式在实践活动中内隐生成,是显性的知识与隐性知识在实践中不断碰撞与融合、循环往复、螺旋上升的过程,是知中行、行中知、知行合一循环往复的过程。
Values have the attribute of tacit knowledge.According to the SECI model of Japanese management scholar Yoshiro Non⁃aka,a model of value construction of contemporary college students is established.As a kind of tacit knowledge,the values of con⁃temporary college students are implicitly generated in practice through a series of informal learning.It is a process of constant colli⁃sion and integration,cycle and spiral rise of explicit theoretical knowledge and tacit knowledge in practice,and a process of cycle of action in knowledge,knowledge in action and unity of knowledge and action.
