摘要
介绍了用于醇改性共聚酯的共聚改性单体二元醇与多元醇的种类及合成技术、醇改性共聚酯的合成及应用技术、醇改性共聚酯产品应用现状及发展前景。二元醇主要有乙二醇、聚乙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇等,多元醇主要有丙三醇、季戊四醇等;以二元醇及多元醇作为改性单体通过共聚法制备醇改性共聚酯,改性目标主要体现在改善聚酯纤维的亲水性、染色性及服用性能,提高聚酯瓶片、薄膜、片材以及工程塑料的加工性能和功能性如阻隔性、热稳定性、热收缩性、生物可降解性能等;现阶段醇改性共聚酯在纤维、瓶片、薄膜、片材、弹性体和工程塑料等领域已经形成稳定的应用市场。从发展趋势看,改性单体的合成将采用生物资源、更加低能耗且环保的技术;共聚技术将注重现有均聚物连续生产线的应用,并提高生产工艺和产品质量的稳定性,同时增强产业链上下游的技术合作;产品的应用市场将进一步开拓,如3D打印材料、热收缩薄膜、超临界发泡材料、弹性缓冲材料和生物可降解材料等。
The varieties and synthesis technology of diols and polyols monomers for copolyester copolymerization modification were introduced,as were the synthesis and application technology of alcohol modified copolyesters and the application status and development prospect of the products thereof.Diols mainly include glycol,polyethylene glycol,neopentyl glycol,1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol,etc.,and polyols mainly include glycerol,pentaerythritol,etc..Alcohol modified copolyesters were prepared by copolymerization with diols and polyols as modified monomers.The modification objectives were mainly to improve the hydrophilicity,dyeability and wearability of polyester fibers and to improve the processing and functional properties of polyester bottles,films,sheets and engineering plastics,such as barrier property,thermal stability,thermal shrinkage and biodegradability.A stable application market of alcohol modified copolyester has formed in the fields of fiber,bottle flake,film,sheet,elastomer and engineering plastics.As the development tendency,the synthesis of modified monomers will adopt the low-energy consumption and environment-friendly technology of utilizing biological resources,the copolymerization technology will focus on the application of the existing homopolymer continuous production line,the stabilization of the production process and product quality,and the technical cooperation enhancment between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,and the new application markets will be further developed,such as 3D printing materials,heat shrinkable films,supercritical foaming materials,elastic cushion materials and biodegradable materials.
