介绍我国涤纶短纤维的产业现状,分析现阶段国内涤纶短纤维的供需状况、进出口量及价格走势,展望新形势下国内涤纶短纤维的市场前景。涤纶短纤维是对苯二甲酸-聚酯-纺织品产业链的中间产品,是纺织行业的重要原料,近年来,涤纶短纤维产业集群发展和一体化发展迅速,扩产竞争激烈,产能不断增加,上游原料产能大幅扩增,下游需求放缓;2015—2019年,我国涤纶短纤维市场价格波动较大,总体呈下行趋势,自2017年禁废政策落地以来,需求量有所增加,但仍处于供过于求的格局,进口依存度维持在3%左右,出口量维持高位振荡走势,2019年出口量达到978 kt,进口量为218 kt;2020年,国内直纺涤纶短纤维新增产能约760 kt/a,供需面都将面临增长态势,产品价格将继续下滑;大力发展再生涤纶短纤维、进一步开发差别化纤维新产品,将是提升我国涤纶短纤维产业整体水平的发展方向。

The current situation of polyester staple fiber industry in China was introduced.The current supply and demand situation,import and export volume and price trend of polyester staple fiber were analyzed in China.The market prospect of domestic polyester staple fiber was outlooked in the new situation.Polyester staple fiber is an intermediate product in the terephthalic acid-polyester-textile industrial chain and an important raw material in the textile industry.With the rapid cluster and integration development of polyester staple fiber industry in recent years,the production expansion competition becomes fierce,which leads to the consequnce that the capacity continuously increases,the upstream raw material capacity is greatly expanded,and the downstream demand slows down.The market price of polyester staple fiber in China fluctuated greatly with a downward tendency over 2015-2019.The demand has increased in some degree since the implementation of the prohibition policy in 2017,but it is still in the pattern of oversupply,the import dependence remains at about 3%,the export volume maintains a high level oscillation trend,and the export volume reached 978 kt and the import volume 218 kt in 2019.The new capacity of domestic direct spun polyester staple fiber will be about 760 kt/a,the supply and demand will face a growth trend,and the product price will continue to decline in 2020.The development trend of the overall level improvement of polyester staple fiber industry in China should be focussed on the enhancement of regenerated polyester staple fiber development and the further development of new differential fiber products.
