摘要
在精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置试车阶段,物料管道系统会出现管道振动现象,分析管道振动的原因,提出解决措施,并运用CAESAR Ⅱ分析软件对管道振动进行模拟分析。结果表明:PTA装置试车阶段发生物料管道振动的影响因素主要有物料管道管径配置、设备和管道布置、支吊架的类型、管道与设备共振以及试车流程等;通过管道系统管径匹配与管道布置合理化、选择合适的支吊架类型、消除设备与管道共振、严格按计划执行试车方案等措施,可减弱或消除管道振动;根据计算机软件模拟分析,适当增加限位和导向,提高管道的刚度,控制管道的低阶固有频率,可有效避免管道振动的发生。
The reasons for the vibration of the material pipelines were analyzed during the commissioning stage of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)plant,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The pipeline vibration was simulated and analyzed with CAESAR Ⅱ analysis software.The results showed that the main influential factors on the vibration of material pipeline comprised material pipeline diameter configuration,equipment and pipeline layout,supports and hangers type,resonance between pipeline and equipment and commissioning process;the vibration of pipeline can be reduced or eliminated by the measures of pipe diameter matching and pipeline layout rationalization,selection of appropriate support and hanger type,elimination of resonance between equipment and pipeline,and strict implementation of commissioning process;and the vibration of pipeline can be effectively avoided by properly increasing the limit and guide,improving the rigidity of pipeline and controlling the low-order natural frequency of pipeline according to the simulation analysis of computer software.
