二甲苯异构化催化剂再生后的运行性能分析

摘要 结合RIC-200二甲苯异构化催化剂在工业装置上的运转情况,介绍了二甲苯异构化催化剂的再生过程及再生后的异构化反应工艺条件,并对再生后催化剂的运行性能进行了分析。结果表明:再生过程采取低氧分段烧焦,催化剂再生性能恢复较好;与采用新鲜催化剂时相比,在投料阶段,采用再生催化剂时进料组成中乙苯组分质量分数提高5.3%,最大温升下降12℃;在反应初期阶段,采用再生催化剂时反应温度降低了18℃,高压分离器压力降低了0.27 MPa,异构化活性提高了0.4%,乙苯转化率提高了6.2%,C8芳烃收率基本一致;在长周期运行阶段,维持相同的异构化活性,采用再生催化剂时乙苯转化率下降18.5%,C8芳烃收率下降0.5%。 According to the running conditions of RIC-200 xylene isomerization catalyst in industrial plant,the regeneration process of xylene isomerization catalyst and the isomerization process conditions after regeneration were introduced,and the running performance of the regenerated catalyst was analyzed.The results showed that the regeneration performance of the catalyst recovered well when the regeneration process was low-oxygen segmental coke burning;and compared with fresh catalyst,the regenerated catalyst made the mass fraction of ethylbenzene increase by 5.3%in the feed composition and the maximum temperature rise decrease by 12℃at the feeding stage,the reaction temperature and the pressure of the high-pressure separator reduce by 18℃and 0.27 MPa,the isomerization activity and the conversion of ethylbenzene increase by 0.4%and 6.2%,respectively,and the yield of C8 aromatics basically the same at the initial reaction stage,and the conversion of ethylbenzene and the yield of C8 aromatics decrease by 18.5%and 0.5%,respectively,during the long-term operation with the same isomerization activity.
