两种温拌剂对沥青混合料性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为克服热拌沥青混合料路面施工时存在污染严重、能耗浪费的问题,提出将降粘型EC-120和发泡型ASMIN两种温拌剂掺入沥青中制备温拌沥青及沥青混合料,分别测定了沥青的粘温曲线和混合料的空隙率,开展了车辙试验和冻融劈裂试验。结果表明:1)降粘型温拌剂EC-120能明显降低基质沥青的表观粘度,发泡型温拌剂ASMIN降粘效果不明显;通过拟合粘温曲线,得到了基质沥青与掺温拌剂沥青的压实温度与碾压温度。2)2种温拌剂沥青混合料的空隙率、稳定度和流值均满足规范要求,且空隙率相同时,EC-120、ASMIN的压实温度较普通基质沥青混合料分别降低了15℃和10℃。3)EC-120能增加沥青混合料的动稳定度,改善其高温稳定性,但会小幅度降低混合料的冻融劈裂残留强度比,导致其水稳定性略有减弱;而ASMIN能小幅度提高混合料的动稳定度和冻融劈裂残留强度比,进而增强其高温性能和水稳定性能。 In order to overcome the problems of serious pollution and waste of energy consumption during the construction of hot-mixed asphalt mixture pavement,it is proposed to mix viscosity-lowering EC-120 and foaming ASMIN into the asphalt to prepare warm-mixed asphalt and asphalt mixture.The viscosity-temperature curve of asphalt and the void ratio of the mixture were measured separately.Rutting test and freeze-thaw split test were carried out.The results show as follow:1)The viscosity-reducing warm mix EC-120 can obviously reduce the apparent viscosity of the matrix asphalt,and the foaming warm mix ASMIN has no obvious viscosity-reducing effect;by fitting the viscosity-temperature curve,the compaction temperature and rolling temperature of the matrix asphalt and blending warm mix asphalt were obtained;2)The porosity,stability and flow value of the two warm mix asphalt mixtures meet the requirements of the specification,and when the void ratio is the same,the actual pressure temperature of EC-120 and ASMIN is reduced by 15℃ and 10℃ respectively compared with ordinary matrix asphalt mixture;3)EC-120 can increase the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture and improve its high temperature stability,but it will slightly reduce the residual strength ratio of freeze-thaw split of the mixture,which causes its water stability to be slightly weakened;and ASMIN can slightly improve the dynamic stability of the mixture and the residual strength ratio of freeze-thaw splitting,thereby enhancing its high temperature performance and water stability.
