摘要 为制定经济、合理、全面的试验方案,指导全体外预应力节段拼装混凝土连续梁桥的足尺模型试验,采用数值计算、现场调研与理论分析相结合的方式,以方案的一致性、完备性和经济性为原则,进行了足尺模型试验设计。提出了利用实桥桩基带悬臂跨模型方案,在此基础上完成了模型设计、加载系统设计、测试系统设计及试验工况设计;通过合理的试验工况规划和配载设计,利用同一试验模型完成了工艺验证,使用性能检验和承载能力试验研究,利用实桥桩基的“1+1/3”跨模型设计既能满足试验准确性的要求,又能实现较好的经济性需求。 In order to develop an economical,reasonable,and comprehensive test plan and to guide a full scale model test of external prestressed segmental assembly concrete continuous girder bridge,a full scale model test is designed by numerical calculation,field investigation and characteristic analysis with a principle of consistency,completeness and economy.A model with a cantilever span was put forward,which combined with actual pile foundations.And on this basis,design of the model,the loading system,the test system and the test condition are completed.Through reasonable test condition planning and stowage design,the same model can be used to complete the process validation,the performance test and the bearing capacity test of external prestressed segmental assembly continuous girder.The“one and one third span”model which combines with actual pile foundations meets the requirements of accuracy and economy.
