摘要
针对芳纶1313织物舒适性差的问题,采用环氧氯丙烷对织物进行接枝改性,并进行亲水柔软整理,然后测试并分析织物的阻燃性与舒适性,最后通过主成分分析法评定织物的综合舒适性。结果表明整理芳纶1313织物的阻燃性有所下降,但其燃烧性能达到了B1级的要求,仍属于阻燃产品;整理芳纶1313织物的舒适性得到改善,其毛细效应、吸湿速干性、透湿性、透气性、保暖性、触感和抗静电性都有所提高;整理芳纶1313织物的综合舒适性优于芳纶1313织物。
In view of the problem of poor comfort of aramid fiber 1313 fabric,the fabric was grafted with epoxy chloropropane and treated with hydrophilic soft finish.Then the flame retardance and comfort of the fabric were tested and analyzed.Finally,the comprehensive comfort of the fabric was evaluated by the principal component analysis method.The results showed that the flame retardance of the finished aramid fiber 1313 fabric decreased,but its combustion performance reached the requirement of B1 grade,which still belonged to flame retardant products.The comfort of the finished aramid fiber 1313 fabric was improved,and its capillary effect,hygroscopicity and quick drying,moisture permeability,air permeability,heat retension,tactility and antistatic property all increased.The comprehensive comfort of the finished aramid fiber 1313 fabric was better than that of the aramid fiber 1313 fabric.
