宣白承气汤干预儿童肺炎的应用体会

儿童肺炎以肺热多见,邪袭肺卫,久郁失宣,病邪入里,肺合大肠,临床常见发热、咳喘、气促、咯痰,便秘等肺热腑实之象。宣白承气汤乃吴鞠通创立治疗阳明温病下之不通的代表方,常用于治疗儿童肺炎兼见腑气不通之肺热腑实证。内服宣肺通腑泄热,脏病治腑。外敷透皮可疏经通络,直达病所。宣白承气汤内服外用治疗儿童肺炎疗效显著,值得我辈深入思考。
