摘要
针对浮动缸套装置,构建以拉压传感器、电荷放大器、增量式编码器、采集卡和工控机等组成的活塞环组件摩擦力测试系统的硬件系统,借助LabVIEW语言开发具有状态参数配置、数据样本采集、数据处理、数据存储和数据回放等功能的软件系统。试验结果表明,该系统能够获得发动机工作时缸套-活塞环组件摩擦力与曲轴转角的准确关系,可以为分析不同活塞环组件特性对发动机摩擦损失的影响和设计低摩擦活塞环组件提供所需的数据依据。
The piston ring assembly friction test system was constructed based on the floating liner device.The hardware system consists of sensor,charge amplifier,incremental encoder,acquisition board and industrial computer.The software system is developed with LabVIEW,which has the functions of state parameter configuration,data acquisition,data processing,data storage and data playback.The experimental results show that the system can accurately obtain the relationship between the piston ring assembly frictionand crankshaft rotation angle during engine operation,which provides data for analyzing the influence of different piston and ring assembly characteristics on the friction loss of the engine.
