摘要
MRT6910核磁共振测井仪器在各大油田均已推广应用多年,应用效果明显。仅长庆油田每年使用该仪器平均测井150余口井,且测井井口数一直处于上升趋势。通过对仪器原理和维修实践分析,总结MRT核磁共振测井仪供电电流过载故障原因,旨在帮助仪器操作和维修人员快速判断故障,缩短维修时间,降低设备损坏率。
MRT6910 multi-frequency nuclear magnetic resonance logging tool has been widely used in major oilfields for many years with good application effects.For example,Changqing Oilfield uses this tool to log an average of more than 150 wells each year,and the number of logging wells has been on the rise.By the analysis of the principle and maintenance practice of the tool,we can summarize the causes of the overload fault of the power supply current of the MRT nuclear magnetic resonance logging tool,aiming to help the operators and maintenance personnel quickly judge the fault,shorten the maintenance time and reduce the equipment damage rate.
