摘要
为实现油田测井信息传输,监测井下环境及产层生产动态,研制基于单芯铠装电缆信号传输的多负载深井通信系统。利用井下遥测系统对采集到的各储层信息进行曼彻斯特码编码调制,以数据包为单位整体上传至地面系统进行解调,解析得到的数据通过总线发送到人机交互系统。基于等效电路建模分析单芯电缆信道特征,根据信号在测井电缆上的传输特点,实现深井条件下的多层信息实时传输。系统已在胜利油田进行安装使用。现场测试结果显示,在150 ℃的高温环境下,该系统信息传输稳定,误码率最高仅为0.0127%,传输速率为300 bit/s,可实现复杂井况下的多油层监测信息传输。
In order to realize oilfield logging information transmission,monitor downhole environment and production dynamics,we develop a multi-load deep well communication system based on signal transmission of single-core armored cable.The system uses the downhole telemetry system to code and modulate the collected reservoir information with Manchester code.It uploads the data package as a whole to the ground system for demodulation,and the analyzed data is sent to the human-computer interaction system through the bus.Based on the equivalent circuit modeling,the system analyzes the channel characteristics of single core cable and realizes the real-time transmission of multi-layer information under the condition of deep well,according to the transmission characteristics of signal on logging cable.The field test showed that the system is stable information transmission in the high temperature environment of 150 ℃,the highest bit error rate is up to 0.0127%,and the transmission rate is 300 bit/s,It can realize transmission of multi-reservoir monitoring information under complex well conditions.
