王宝亮教授从肺脾肾论治重症肌无力经验

Experience of Professor Wang Baoliang in Treating Myasthenia Gravis from Lung-Spleen-Kidney

王宝亮教授为全国名老中医、博士生导师、全国脑病分会常委,从事临床30余载,在运用中医药治疗神经内科疾病方面颇有心得,近几年尤专注于重症肌无力的辨证论治。其认为重症肌无力在中医上应归属于“痿证”范畴,与肺脾肾三脏关系密切,基本病机为肺脾肾亏虚,筋脉失养,补肺健脾温肾为其治疗大法,临床疗效显著。

Professor Wang Baoliang is a famous veteran Chinese medicine,doctoral supervisor and Standing Committee of the National Encephalopathy Branch.He has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years.He has gained much experience in the treatment of neurological diseases with Chinese medicine.In recent years,he has focused on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of myasthenia gravis.Wang Shi believes that myasthenia gravis belongs to the category of“impotence syndrome”in TCM,which is closely related to the lung,spleen and kidney.The basic pathogenesis is deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,deficiency of tendons and veins,nourishing the lung,strengthening the spleen and warming the kidney as its treatment method,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
