桂枝汤合六味小柴胡汤治疗小儿感冒误治后发热咳嗽

Guizhi Decoction and Liuwei Xiaochaihu Decoction in Treating Fever and Cough after Mistreatment of Cold in Children

桂枝汤与小柴胡汤同出自《伤寒论》,分别为太阳病和少阳病的代表方。六味小柴胡汤为小柴胡汤变方,桂枝汤合六味小柴胡汤治疗体虚之人风寒外感,经寒凉误治,病情迁延,出现的以太阳少阳合病为主的变证疗效确切。笔者曾应用于临床治疗小儿感冒误治后发热咳嗽,取得了很好的疗效,可谓“一剂知,二剂已”。

Guizhi decoction and Xiao Chaihu decoction are all from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which are the representatives of taiyang disease and shaoyang disease respectively.Liuwei Xiaochaihu decoction evolved from Xiaochaihu decoction.Guizhi decoction and Liuwei Xiaochaihu decoction treats people with physical weakness,who have been mistreatmented of cold and with taiyang and shaoyang syndrome,the efficacy is exact.The authors have been used in clinical treatment of children with fever and cough after mistreatment of cold,and achieved good results.It can be described as“one dose work and two doses cure”.
