摘要
目的探讨自拟益智清脑汤对中风患者认知功能改善的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月收治的80例中风后认知功能障碍者,依据随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组采用尼莫地平片;观察组基于此,给予自拟益智清脑汤,采用2组认知功能及症状评分。结果观察组简易智能量表(MMSE)各项评分相比对照组,均明显偏高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛、面色、脉象评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对中风认知功能障碍者,用自拟益智清脑汤施治,能有效改善其认知功能。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yizhi Qingnao decoction on the improvement of cognitive function in stroke patients.Methods 80 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were selected from May 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine tablets.Based on this,the observation group was given Yizhi Qingnao decoction.The cognitive function and symptom scores of the two groups were used.Results The scores of MMSE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,complexion and pulse in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients with cognitive impairment,self-made Yizhi Qingnao decoction can effectively improve their cognitive function.
