益气调血-扶本培元药线灸对脑外伤后记忆障碍和认知功能障碍的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tiaoxue Fuben Peiyuan Medicinal Thread Moxibustion on Memory Disorder and Cognitive Dysfunction after Brain Trauma

目的探讨“益气调血,扶本培元”药线灸对脑外伤后记忆障碍和认知功能障碍的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的脑外伤患者100例随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组50例应用常规治疗、运动功能康复治疗,奥拉西坦胶囊0.8 g每次,每日3次;试验组50例在对照组的基础上予以“益气调血,扶本培元”药线灸。2组均治疗30 d。对比2组治疗前后血清超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、记忆功能以及认知功能。结果与对照组比较,试验组SOD水平较高,NSE、hs-CRP水平较低(P<0.05);2组治疗后MQ评分及MMSE评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后试验组MQ评分及MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“益气调血,扶本培元”药线灸能够有效下调脑外伤患者的自由基水平,产生脑神经元保护作用,有效改善患者记忆功能以及认知功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Tiaoxue Fuben Peiyuan medicinal thread moxibustion on memory disorder and cognitive dysfunction after brain trauma.Methods 100 patients with brain trauma in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.50 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation of motor function.Oxiracetam capsule was 0.8g each time,three times a day.50 patients in the experimental group were treated with medicinal thread moxibustion based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),memory function and cognitive function were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of SOD in the experimental group were higher,while the levels of NSE and hs-CRP were lower(P<0.05).The scores of MQ and MMSE in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of MQ and MMSE in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tiaoxue Fuben Peiyuan medicinal thread moxibustion can effectively reduce the level of free radicals in patients with brain trauma,produce neuroprotective effect,and effectively improve the memory and cognitive function of patients.
