中药汤剂联合红光照射治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction and Red Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的研究中药汤剂联合红光照射治疗带状疱疹的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年5月收治的52例带状疱疹患者进行对比研究。结果治疗后,观察组患者在第2周、第4周的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);且止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗有效率对比,观察组(96.2%)要明显高于对照组(69.2%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药汤剂联合红光照射应用于带状疱疹患者的治疗中,可减轻其疼痛感,缩短患者恢复时间,提高治疗效果,临床应用效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with red light irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 52 patients with herpes zoster admitted to dermatology department of our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected for comparative study.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the 2nd and 4th weeks(P<0.05),and the time of blister arrest,scab formation and pain relief were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.2%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with red light irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster patients can reduce pain,shorten recovery time and improve treatment effect.The clinical application effect is good,and it is worth popularizing.
