中西医护理结合骨科损伤控制理论在严重骨盆骨折患者中的应用

The Application of Orthopaedic Damage Control Theory of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Patients with Severe Pelvic Fracture

目的分析严重骨盆骨折患者采用中西医护理结合骨科损伤控制理论实施护理取得的效果。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月收治的64例严重骨盆骨折患者,分为对照组和试验组。对照组行常规护理,试验组在中西医护理的基础上采用骨科损伤控制理论对其开展骨科联合护理,观察其护理效果。结果试验组患者初步检查及治疗耗费的时间为(43.6±15.4)min,短于对照组的(63.9±11.9)min,t=15.75,P<0.05;64例严重骨盆骨折患者均安全抵达相关科室接受专业治疗,患者最终均获得康复并顺利出院。结论中西医护理基础上采用骨科损伤控制理论对严重骨盆骨折患者实施护理可大大缩短患者检查时间和治疗时间,可提高患者治疗效果,加速患者康复出院。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with orthopaedic damage control theory on severe pelvic fracture patients.Methods 64 patients with severe pelvic fracture in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group received orthopaedic damage control theory and orthopaedic joint nursing on the basis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.The nursing effect was observed.Results The time of initial examination and treatment in the experimental group was(43.6±15.4)minutes,shorter than that in the control group(63.9±11.9)minutes(t=15.75,P<0.05).All the 64 patients with severe pelvic fractures arrived at relevant departments safely and received professional treatment.All the patients recovered and were discharged successfully Conclusion Based on the nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the application of orthopedic injury control theory in the nursing of patients with severe pelvic fractures can greatly shorten the examination time and treatment time,improve the treatment effect,and accelerate the recovery and discharge of patients.
