混合微粒抛丸技术应用于铸铝件的试验研究

摘要 本文主要阐述金属雾化丸混合微粒抛丸技术的原理,以及该技术应用于各类铸铝件表面抛丸加工过程需要解决的工艺问题及对策。在铸铝部件表面抛丸处理过程中,采用由金属雾化丸、二次回收金属雾化丸和铝丸等混合调配的混合丸料,可以显著改善零件的表面粗糙度、提高疲劳强度,同时可以提高抗应力腐蚀能力。新工艺与原先单一铸钢丸的工艺相比,加工质量显著提高,同时加工成本保持不变。 This paper introduces the principle of metal atomizing shot mixed particle shot blasting technology,and the technical problems and countermeasures that need to be solved when the technology is applied to the surface shot blasting process of various aluminum castings.In the process of surface shot blasting of aluminum casting parts,the mixture of metal atomizing shot,secondary recovery metal atomizing shot and aluminum shot can reduce the surface roughness and strengthen the residual compressive stress field,so as to improve the surface roughness,fatigue strength and stress corrosion resistance of parts.Compared with the original process of single cast steel shot,the processing quality of the new process is significantly improved,while the processing cost remains unchanged.Finally,the example of the application of metal atomized shot mixed particle shot blasting technology to aluminum casting.
