摘要
基于空调控制技术、统计学分析方法及基于数据和统计的故障预测技术,对空调运行数据进行描述性分析。并以统计分析数据为依据,结合空调运行控制逻辑,对温度传感器故障值进行预测,采用最小二乘法进行预测值修正,对空调进行控制,解决空调传感器故障后用户使用空调的问题,提高产品可靠性,提升用户体验。
Based on the air conditioning control technology,statistical analysis method and fault prediction technology based on data and statistics,the descriptive analysis of air conditioning operation data is carried out.Based on the statistical analysis data,combined with the air conditioning operation control logic,the fault value of the temperature sensing package is predicted,and the prediction value is corrected by the least square method to control the air conditioning,solve the problem of users using the air conditioning after the air conditioning sensor fault,improve the product reliability and enhance the user experience.
