负温度系数热敏电阻(NTC)作为热保护元件在电弧焊机中应用的性能分析及建议

摘要 随着电子技术的发展,负温度系数热敏电阻逐渐替代温控器作为电弧焊机热保护电路的主要元器件,然而在电弧焊机实施细则中却没有对此元器件作出相关规定。本文通过介绍负温度系数热敏电阻(NTC)作为热保护元件在电弧焊机中的应用,结合性能分析的结果,提出CVC-C06-01:2015A3《强制性产品认证实施细则电焊机》的修订建议。 With the development of electronic technology,the negative temperature coefficient thermistor gradually replaces the thermostat as the main component of the arc welding machine thermal protection circuit,but there is no relevant provisions for this component in the implementation rules of the arc welding machine.This paper introduces the application of negative temperature coefficient NTC thermistor as a thermal protection element in the arc welding machine.Combined with the results of performance analysis,it puts forward the revision suggestions of the implementation rules of cvc-c06-01:2015a3 compulsory product certification electric welding machine.
