摘要
通过深入分析工业机器人在家用空调器外机装配上的应用现状,探讨了工业机器人技术在我国空调器整机装配应用的发展过程,本文提出的61%的工业机器人使用率代表了我国空调器装配的最高水平。经开展对各工位机器人作业方法的研究,使用了四项机器人最新的技术,分别是视觉引导技术、柔性夹具设计技术、人机协作技术、离线编程技术。呼吁中国抓住机器人技术深入发展的黄金期,在突破关键核心器件技术的同时,总结并积累机器人在各集成应用领域的参数和经验,完善国产机器人的集成应用包,让国产机器人变得更加智能。
Through in-depth analysis of the application status of industrial robots in the assembly of household air conditioners,the development process of industrial robot technology in the assembly of air conditioners in China is discussed.The 61%utilization rate of industrial robots proposed in this paper represents the assembly of air conditioners in China The highest level.After carrying out research on the working methods of the robots in each station,four latest robot technologies are used,which are visual guidance technology,flexible fixture design technology,human-machine collaboration technology,and offline programming technology.Call on China to seize the golden period of in-depth development of robot technology,while breaking through key core device technologies,sum up and accumulate the parameters and experience of robots in various integrated application fields,improve the integrated application package of domestic robots,and make domestic robots more intelligent.
