随着人们生活质量的不断提高,家用空调市场逐渐庞大,空调出风口散发出的异味是影响用户体验的主要因素。本文通过对市场用户反馈异味进行分类,主要从蒸发器和冷凝器原材料即涂层铝箔的生产工艺及空调内部条件和用材两方面对空调散发异味的原因进行了分析,并根据影响异味产生的因素,针对性的提出了相应的解决方案。

With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the market of household air-conditioning is becoming larger and larger.The peculiar smell emitted by the air-conditioning outlet is the main factor affecting the user experience.This paper classifies the peculiar smell fed back by the market users,mainly analyzes the causes of the peculiar smell of the air conditioner from two aspects:the production process of the raw materials of the evaporator and condenser,the internal conditions of the air conditioner and the materials used,and puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the factors affecting the peculiar smell.
