摘要
分析了所研究阻尼器的工作原理及特性,结合饭煲自动开盖的原理,根据力学理论计算,推导出阻尼力计算公式,利用ANSYS分析软件建立阻尼力学模型,通过仿真得出力矩和受力特性,将仿真结果和试验数据进行比较,证明数学模型正确可靠,符合实际要求,准确地描述了阻尼力矩随行程变化的特性,可用于饭煲自动开盖功能阻尼的设计并提高质量可靠性。
This paper analyzes the principle and characteristic of damper.With the consideration of lid open process of rice cooker we use theoretical calculation to deduce a formula to compute the resistance of damper.Moreover,we establish a mechanical model of the resistance of damper by using ANSYS.Compared with the experimental data,it is proved that this model is reliable it can be used to compute the change of damper’s Torque related to the movement of the damper.This conclusion can be used in the design of dampers and in the rice cooker’s quality control process.
