摘要
本文主要对小家电用齿轮减速电动机齿轮副传动进行了优化设计,在常规的圆柱斜齿轮副传动设计基础上,通过对齿轮加工滚刀参数及齿轮材料进行了设计优化,在有限的结构空间内,有效地增加了齿轮的齿根抗弯强度,满足了齿轮长期传递动力的要求,同时解决了小家电用齿轮减速电动机超静音运行要求。
This article mainly optimizes the design for gear pair of gearmotor using onsmall household appliances.Based on the conventionaldesign of cylindrical helical gear pair,the parameters of gear hob and gear material are optimized in the limited structure space,the bending strength of gear root is improved effectively,and achieved the requirement of gearmotor noise.
