摘要
为了对电动汽车起步工况下电驱动系统的性能进行评价,给出了起步时间、驱动电机电压电流和冲击度3个评价指标;然后在试验台架上模拟电动汽车起步工况,对台架的摩擦阻尼、转动惯量和联轴器刚度进行了辨识,设计了基于转速预测控制的负载模拟控制算法,并在汽车起步工况模拟台架上进行了试验,分析了不同坡度下(0%、10%、20%)的不同油门开度(10%、30%、50%)的试验结果,提出的台架试验模拟和评价方法为电动汽车驱动系统的试验研究提供了重要参考。
In order to evaluate the performance of electric drive system under the starting condition of electric vehicle,three evaluation indexes of starting time,voltage,current and impact degree of driving motor are given.The starting condition of the electric vehicle is simulated on the test bed,and the friction damping,the moment of inertia and the stiffness of the coupling are identified.The load simulation control algorithm based on speed predictive control is designed,and the experiment is carried out on the simulation bench of automobile starting condition.The test results of different throttle opening(10%,30%,50%)at different slopes(0%,10%,20%)were analyzed.The simulation and evaluation method of the bench test is an important reference for the study of the electric vehicle drive system.
