战“疫”助产,恢复经济活力,推动氧化铁行业绿色发展

Fight the“Epidemic”,Support Production,Revitalize the Economy,Promote the Iron Oxide Industry’s Green Development

综述了氧化铁作为无机颜料在我国发展情况、生产现状、在国际消费情况以及绿色标准制定进展,指出了行业目前存在的问题和瓶颈,对未来“十四五”期间氧化铁行业发展进行了展望,着重阐述了氧化铁颜料安全环保、节能减排发展规划,并呼吁在当前国内外形势下氧化铁行业需要恢复出口退税。

This paper reviews the development of iron oxide as inorganic pigment in China,production situation,international consumption and progress in formulation of green standards,points out current problems and bottlenecks in the industry,envisions development of the iron oxide industry in the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”period,mainly elaborates development plans on iron oxide pigment safety,environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction,and strongly advocates the iron oxide industry’s need to restore export tax rebates under the current domestic and overseas situations.
