介绍了一种农业机械用高装饰性丙烯酸聚氨酯高固体分面漆的制备,重点对树脂、固化剂、溶剂、助剂等原材料的筛选过程进行了介绍和讨论,制备的涂料在提高了装饰性的同时降低了VOC排放,减少了对环境的污染,现已应用于山东某大型农机客户。

This paper introduces the preparation of a highly decorative acrylic polyurethane high solids topcoat for agricultural machinery,focusing on the process of selecting raw materials such as resin,curing agent,solvent,additive,etc.The coatings prepared improve the decorative property and reduce VOC emission and environmental pollution,and have been applied for a large agricultural machinery customer in Shandong Province.
