经椎旁肌间隙入路椎弓根注入骨水泥辅助椎弓根螺钉固定术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究经椎旁肌间隙入路椎弓根注入骨水泥应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折椎弓根螺钉固定术中临床效果。方法本研究选取我院胸腰椎骨折患者66例,以手术入路方式分为观察组、对照组。对照组采用传统后正中入路方式,观察组采用经椎旁肌间隙入路方式。比较两组手术情况、术前及术后6个月Cobb角、术前及术后48h视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月Cobb角、术后48h VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经椎旁肌间隙入路椎弓根注入骨水泥应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折椎弓根螺钉固定术中可有效改善手术情况,缓解患者疼痛症状,促进其术后恢复。
